The Founders
Adam co-founded LuxJetCare while balancing his studies as a student. What began as a weekend side hustle detailing aircraft quickly evolved into a dedicated passion for aviation care. Now, he’s fully focused on scaling the business, partnering with local airfields, and delivering premium, uncompromising service to aircraft owners. Outside of work, Adam enjoys discovering resturants and mountain biking.
As a co-founder of LuxJetCare, Maxim is dedicated to elevating the standard of aviation for private jet owners and fleet managers alike. As a young boy, Maxim always had an eager fascination with aircraft which quickly developed into a lifelong drive to innovate in the aviation sector. Today his concentration lies within building key partnerships and delivering an uncompromising standard of service. Off the runway, Maxim plays semi-professional football and is an avid car enthusiast.
